Murrumbateman Region Wine Dinner Series – Shaw Wines

The chef team at Murrumbateman Country Inn will create an excellent menu matched with a selection of excellent local wines. The first dinner will be held on Thursday 25 July with Shaw Wines.

Dinner Experience

Canape platter – tomato, goats cheese and basil bruschetta; prawn, crab and avocado toast; smoked salmon, cucumber and lemon cream cheese. Served with Shaw Wines Sparkling Cuvee 2018

Chicken Caesar salad with citrus infused dressing in a crisp cos lettuce cup. Served with Shaw Wines Estate Riesling 2017

Roast turkey and winter vegetable pie with cranberry sauce. Served with Shaw Wines Merlot 2017

Beef Wellington, rich beef demi-glace sauce, creamy mash and season vegetables. Served with Shaw Wines Cabernet Sauvignon 2016

Cheese plate – a selection of hard and soft cheese, fruit and nuts with crackers

Tickets are $95 per person (plus small booking fee) and includes a Shaw Wines Cellar Door wine tasting voucher.

$2 per ticket goes to a Murrumbateman community group.
