    2016 Estate Shiraz – Huon Hooke (January 2020)

    Deep youthful red/purple colour, with a very appealing fragrance of red fruits, spices and herbs. It’s medium to full-bodied and finely-textured, with soft, fine tannins, which provide a well-balanced background to the elegant flavours. A peppery cool-climate shiraz. Slightly sappy but delicious. Drink to 2027. 92/100 points.
