2019 Estate Riesling – Huon Hooke (January 2020)
Pale colour; very fresh, reserved, young and talcy to sniff. The wine is lemony and limy at the same moment, zesty and dry with a concentrated, fruity mid-palate and a trace of austerity. It will appreciate a bit of cellar time. Lime-zesty and piercing, high-energy wine.
Excellent riesling. Cellar to 2030. 95/100 points.
